Items sold and shipped by BuckTaylor.com can be returned or replaced, when available, by mail within 30 days of receipt. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction – Always!
U.S. & Canadian Customers
- New merchandise may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the merchandise cost only (we are unable to reimburse shipping costs). Items must be returned in unused/unmarked/sellable condition.
- Personalized items may not be returned for replacement or refund, unless the personalization or item is defective.
- Damaged Artwork:
- If you notice any serious damage to the outside packaging, please do not accept delivery if present when the item is delivered. Contact us immediately at buckscompany@aol.com for a replacement.
- If you are not present when the item is delivered, please take a picture of the damaged parcel before opening your shipment, just in case the contents within are damaged and we have to file a report with the post office. If the item(s) inside are damaged as well, take a photo of the affected item(s) and send all corresponding photos to buckscompany@aol.com with a request for your replacement.
- If the outside packaging of your shipment is in good condition, but the contents within are damaged, please take a photo of the damaged item(s) and e-mail to buckscompany@aol.com within 48 hours for further instructions on returning (with the Certificate of Authenticity if applicable) for replacement.
- Any return that does not comply with the above policy may be rejected or may be subject to a restocking fee, at our discretion. In general, restocking fees start at 20% but may be significantly higher depending on the condition of the return.
- ALL RETURNS must be processed through our warehouse within 30 days of receipt before a refund or replacement is issued or sent out, unless express written authorization is states otherwise via a reply e-mail to your request from our office at buckscompany@aol.com

When Returning Items:
- Please include a copy of the original invoice contained in the shipment.
- Please allow 1-3 weeks for the return to be received and processed.
